From Small bars and restaurants to large nightclubs, Metropol provides door supervisors for a variety of licensed leisure environments. The issues highlighted as the most important in the industry are all related to the perception of the public. Since they are the driving force behind change through their active participation or indeed their absence from our venues, we realise and specifically address these through our active training programs in the office and the field.   We advocate the principle of involvement, whereby we fully intend to cater for the shift towards enhanced communication between our personnel, clients and their consumers, by training staff to illicit feelings of responsibility in our clients customers, as a means of reducing confrontations. As we continue this strategy, it has a two fold effect; initially implementing the principles that the legislation seeks to bring about, and also to act as a benchmark not just for other companies in the industry, but also as a psychological lever for the perception of our company and the reputations of the clients we represent.
