Operations Management Team Is the core of the security division, drawing on the groups resources to ensure continuous best practice delivery to our clients. The team interview new staff (post recruitment) and determine suitability of staff members dependant on their skill set, to specific venues and venue specific training. Following allocation they monitor personnel in the field, redress any issues by replacement / retraining. Report contract activity to our clients and the groups senior management and other departments. Crisis response / business continuity committee - Every 6 months Meet to plan for any potential circumstances that may adversely affect the delivery of our service to the Client and our ability to maintain the operational structure of the company in the event of a crisis. Projection / Trend Analysis Committee – Every 3 months Meet to discuss the factors that represent predictable changes and insights into the behavior of customers, our personnel and the industry that can have positive and / or negative effects on the our product delivery and clients. And then to agree on a proactive intervention program. Auditors – Field Compliance Inspectors – (Overt and Covert) The teams visit each of our venues, and analyze the security team in the process of working, discuss outstanding issues with security personnel and venue / site management, as well as surreptitiously recording our staff to ensure that best practice is observed, and also to provide real time examples to be used when the security team is brought in for extended training in the office. Training Training our staff is an integral aspect of our successful security provision in the sector, ensuring that all our staff are well versed in the procedures to be applied to the needs of the specific venue. Whilst training is an essential part of our preparation of the guards for work, it is only the primary aspect. In order to ensure that they are actually providing service in accordance with their training, we rely on the collective skills of our Operations Management Team and supporting departments. They are responsible for the recruitment, selection of appropriate staff, and the ability of our guards to deliver the service in the manner that we as a company expect. The groups’ senior management ensure all divisions approach the delivery of our product in a holistic manner utilising forums and external consultants and authorities to maintain a global perspective of our brands and service. Stakeholder Meetings Client / Venue management liaison and discussion. Ops Information Gathering Quantitative analysis of team performance. Business forums, Resident Associations, Pressure Groups External interested parties – liaison and discussion. Police, Industry Authority and Government liaison Independent meetings held with authorities to manage venues in the appropriate boroughs.
