The Divisions Managing Director – Mick Tabori 10 Years senior operational experience in the licensed leisure industry. As Operations and Managing Director for various licensed leisure companies, he established and operated some of London’s landmark venues, prior to joining the Darkstorm Services Group in 2001. He has been instrumental in restructuring and streamlining the company infrastructure to cater for market changes. Director of Operations – Barrie Stewart A former senior police officer with the City of London Police, with responsibility for security co-ordination and planning of major events involving Royalty, Cabinet Ministers and Foreign Heads of State, across London. An experienced Public Order Commander with particular knowledge of the tactics of extremist groups focused on business disruption. A Kidnap and Extortion Hostage Negotiator and a specialist in other security related fields. Developed the strategy for Customer Service within the force. Now an active member of security related associations involved in enhancing the standards across the industry. Field Operations Director - Colin Firth 10 years of senior management experience, working with an array of organisations both in the UK and overseas. His considerable experience encompasses numerous aspects of security provision, including the retail, licensed leisure and commercial sectors. Responsible for the deployment of security officers to clients. Business Retention & Development Manager - Tim Ashenden A former City of London Police Detective with considerable investigatory experience including extended secondments to the Police Complaints Authority to investigate high profile murder enquiries. Latter career as the Communications Room Operations Manager with responsibility for day to day management of the Force Control room in organising Special Event Control rooms. As part of this role he was the Force liaison officer for; Airwave Communications system, Force CCTV & DVRS (Digital Video Recording System). Operations Management Team Is the core of the security division, drawing on the groups resources to ensure continuous best practice delivery to our clients. The team interview new staff (post recruitment) and determine suitability of staff members dependant on their skill set, to specific venues and venue specific training. Auditors – Field Compliance Inspectors – (Overt and Covert) The teams visit each of our venues, and analyse the security team in the process of working, Discuss outstanding issues with security personnel and site management, to ensure best practice is observed. |
