We would like to stress that throughout the organization there are three guiding principles that we adhere to

These three factors have the effect of forcing us to realize the need for specific delivery techniques ( State management, Conflict resolution, Rapport building) thus making our focus the training of our staff, and the delivery of our product through professionals who have achieved a level of training incorporating a complete understanding of the reputations of our clients in the marketplace.  
 
The issues highlighted as the most important in the industry are all related to the perception of our profession by the public. Since they are the driving force behind change through their active participation or indeed their absence from our clients establishments, we realise and specifically address these through our active training programs in the office and the field. The continuation of this strategy has a two fold effect; initially implementing the principles the legislation seeks to bring about, and also to act as a benchmark not just for other companies in the industry, but also as a psychological lever for the perception of our company and the reputations of the clients we represent in the future.
