Training

Training our staff is an integral aspect of our successful security provision, ensuring that all our staff are well versed in the procedures of each client.

We believe investment in our people is vital and we readily encourage staff to develop their skills, which means they are some of the most capable operatives in the industry.

Using a combination of seminars and scenario based workshops, our security teams enjoy and absorb the information necessary to provide the level of service expected of them.
Time is spent ascertaining the individuals particular learning style to ensure that the information is retained and applied where relevant. In order to do this, trainings are carried out in a safe learning environment,

Each position requires a unique syllabus tailored to requirements of the job description concerned, focusing on general principles, ethos and mission statements as well as specific procedures, policies and systems.  Also the training program ensures all staff have a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of providing a safe and secure environment for staff and guests.

The training model is further enhanced and supported by utilising external organisations and funding programmes such as the LSC (Learning Skills Council), Train to Gain, Skill Up, EveryWomen, local colleges and other training companies incorporating NVQ’s , Diplomas and industry accreditations.
